1 General Introduction

• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
• The mobile number and identity document you provide must be your own — registering using another person's identity is not permitted.
• bedbt may initiate an identity verification process (KYC) at any time to ensure secure transactions, and failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary suspension of the account.

bedbt reserves the right to reject any registration for any reason.

3 Account Security & Password

The security of your bedbt account is entirely your responsibility. Always keep your login password confidential and do not share it with any third party.

• Sharing account access details with anyone else is prohibited.
• If you suspect that your account is being used without authorisation, contact [email protected] immediately or get help via live chat.
• bedbt will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of an account, unless it is proven that the loss was directly caused by bedbt's negligence.
• Transferring, selling, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

bedbt supports Bangladesh's major digital payment methods. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after approval.
• Verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• The account name and the name on the payment method must match for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Transactions through third parties are not accepted.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

bedbt offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus:

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total of ৳31,000.
• Wagering example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn after completing ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets.

General Bonus Terms:

• A bonus applies to one account only.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same household or IP address.
• bedbt reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if it is claimed fraudulently or incorrectly.
• Promotions have a set validity period, and expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on bedbt are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• If a technical problem occurs during a game, all bets for that round will be considered void and the bet amounts will be refunded.
• In sports betting, results are confirmed through official or authorised sources.
• Exploiting incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a system error or bug is prohibited.
• Betting decisions are entirely the customer's own — bedbt does not provide betting advice or guarantees.
• bedbt will not be liable for disconnections during live games (live casino, live betting) caused by network issues.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on bedbt. Violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance:

• Money laundering: Conducting transactions with funds from illegal sources.
• Fraud: Using forged identity documents, committing chargeback fraud, or any other fraudulent activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to manipulate games or the system.
• Bonus abuse: Repeatedly claiming bonuses using fake accounts or false information.
• Unauthorised commercial use: Operating betting or gaming services for third parties using bedbt's platform.
• Managing accounts for minors: Creating or using an account on behalf of someone under 21 years of age.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

bedbt places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that healthy entertainment is the only acceptable approach to betting.

• Set limits on your deposits, betting, and session time.
• If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, contact the support team to take a temporary break or activate permanent self-exclusion.
• Do not bet to relieve financial pressure or repay debts.
• It is the account holder's responsibility to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

bedbt does not accept any liability or responsibility in the following situations:

• Specific services being discontinued by order of a law or regulatory authority.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

bedbt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any clause of these Terms is violated.
• Identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• Suspicious or improper transactions are detected.
• Self-exclusion is activated at the user's own request.
• The account remains inactive for an extended period (inactivity policy applies separately).

If the account holds a valid balance at the time of closure and the reason for closure is not a breach of these Terms, that balance will be returned.

13 Changes to Terms

bedbt reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

• Updated Terms will be considered effective from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
• No previous version of the Terms and Conditions shall remain applicable unless specifically stated otherwise.
